By using our website, submitting a Free Assessment, or communicating with our team, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

Every piece of information we collect serves one purpose: helping athletes reach their full recruiting potential. Specifically, we use your data to:

3. Mobile & SMS Communication

IMPORTANT — No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data: Mobile information, including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent, will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances, excluding only the aggregators and providers necessary to deliver the SMS service itself.

When you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent checkbox on our form, you are opting in to receive text messages from Cañas Recruiting Agency LLC. We offer two types of SMS programs:

Transactional SMS

Messages related to your inquiry, appointments, account notifications, and service updates. This includes Free Assessment confirmations, scheduled call reminders, recruiting updates, and customer support communications.

Promotional SMS

With your separate and explicit consent, we may send special offers, promotions, and marketing updates. This consent is optional and is not required to receive our services.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To rejoin, use the original opt-in method on our website.

We never share SMS opt-in data or mobile information with aggregators or providers of unsolicited messaging services.

Our services are designed for high school student-athletes, typically ages 14–18, and are accessed and managed in partnership with a parent or legal guardian.
